I am a reform architect and senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading transformation across both the public and private sectors. My career began in multinational corporations — Coca‑Cola, Philip Morris, Colgate‑Palmolive, SC Johnson — where I built a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and organizational performance.
I later chose to dedicate this expertise to public sector modernization. As Director General of OFOR, I led major reforms in rural hydraulics through innovative PPP models. At ONAS, I designed Senegal’s national sanitation strategy for the SDGs and was honored with the Global Water Intelligence – Water Leader Award.
Today, I serve as Chairman of APIX‑SA and Secretary General of CAVIE. My work focuses on institutional excellence, governance modernization, and strengthening Africa’s economic competitiveness.
